Anointing by the Oil of Rest
ANOINTING SUNDAY SERVICE
Key Scripture: Psalm 23:5
“You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies; You anoint my head with oil; my cup runs over.” — Psalm 23:5
There is something about the anointing that changes the condition of a man’s life. When the anointing comes upon a person and is received with faith, limitations begin to give way, burdens are lifted, and what was once stagnant begins to move again.
Psalm 23:5 reveals a powerful mystery: “You anoint my head with oil; my cup runs over.” This means that the anointing is not designed for emptiness. The anointing brings overflow. When God anoints a man, He brings him into a dimension where lack is replaced with abundance, dryness is replaced with refreshing, and limitation is replaced with divine overflow.
Today, as you receive the Fresh Oil of Rest with faith, may your cup overflow!
The anointing comes upon you to unblock every blockage. There are things in life that have been delayed, hindered, resisted, and stopped. Some doors were closed, some opportunities were blocked, and some areas of life have refused to move forward.
But when the anointing comes upon you, every blockage must give way!
I declare over your life: Whatever has been blocked shall be unblocked by the power of the anointing!
Every closed door that God has ordained for your life shall open. Every delayed blessing shall begin to move. Every area where you have experienced resistance shall receive divine intervention.
THE FRESH OIL OF REST BRINGS REFRESHING, REVIVAL, AND RESTORATION
The Fresh Oil of Rest refreshes, revives, and restores. There are situations that have troubled your heart for a long time. There are battles you have fought repeatedly, burdens you have carried silently, and struggles that seem to have followed you from one season into another.
But there comes a time when God says, “Enough is enough.”
The Fresh Oil of Rest brings divine rest to situations that have plagued your life for the longest time. It brings restoration to areas where there has been weariness, stagnation, disappointment, and struggle.
I prophesy over you: Where you have known weariness, you shall receive strength. Where you have known stagnation, you shall experience movement. Where you have known struggle, you shall experience divine rest!
THE OIL OF REST BRINGS ABUNDANCE
Psalm 23:1 declares:
“The Lord is my Shepherd; I shall not want.”
When the Lord is your Shepherd, you are not abandoned to struggle alone. You can trust Him to guide you, protect you, provide for you, and lead you into His abundance.
The Fresh Oil of Rest brings provision, protection, preservation, and blessings. It brings you into a dimension where God becomes your source and your confidence is no longer in your circumstances.
I declare: After this anointing, may you experience the provision of God in a new dimension!
May what you need locate you. May divine provision answer every genuine need. May the Lord preserve you, protect you, and cause His blessings to overflow in your life.
Your cup shall not remain empty!
THE OIL OF REST MAKES THE BARREN FRUITFUL
The Fresh Oil of Rest stimulates and activates everything that is barren and causes it to become fruitful.
There are areas of life that may appear barren. Your efforts may seem unproductive. Your dreams may appear delayed. Your gifts may seem unnoticed. But barrenness is not the final chapter when the power of God comes upon your life.
What was once barren can become fruitful.
What was once inactive can be activated.
What was once dry can receive fresh life.
What appeared to have died can rise again!
The Fresh Oil of Rest brings new grace for a new level. As you place your faith in the Lord, may every unproductive area of your life receive divine fruitfulness.
I prophesy: May the oil of God come upon every barren area of your life, and may it become fruitful in the name of Jesus!
THE ANOINTING SETS YOU APART FOR DIVINE PURPOSE
1 John 2:20 reminds us that we have received an anointing. The anointing is a mark of divine separation.
Anointing has always been used to signify being set apart for a purpose.
When God anoints you, He separates you.
He distinguishes you.
He marks you.
He empowers you.
He does not anoint you without a purpose.
The Fresh Oil of Rest sets you apart for extraordinary purposes. It is an oil that prepares you for what God has called you to become.
I declare over you: You will not live an ordinary life when the hand of God is upon you. You shall fulfil the purpose for which God has anointed and preserved you!
THE ANOINTING BRINGS DELIVERANCE AND FREEDOM
Isaiah 10:17 reveals the power of the anointing to bring deliverance and freedom.
There are burdens that human strength cannot remove. There are limitations that education, connections, and personal effort cannot break.
But there is a power that comes from God.
When the anointing comes, burdens are lifted.
When the anointing comes, limitations are broken.
When the anointing comes, captivity gives way to freedom.
I declare: Every burden that has followed you for years shall be lifted! Every limitation that has held you back shall be broken! Every chain around your destiny shall lose its power!
POSITION YOURSELF TO RECEIVE
The anointing must be received with faith.
We must position ourselves in a place where we can receive from God in totality. We must make ourselves available, open our hearts, and become receptive to what God wants to do in our lives.
Do not approach the presence of God casually.
Come with expectation.
Come with faith.
Come believing that God is able to touch what no man can touch.
Come believing that the same God who restores can restore you.
The same God who revives can revive you.
The same God who opens doors can open your doors.
The same God who causes the barren to become fruitful can make every area of your life fruitful.
THE PROPHETIC POWER OF THE FRESH OIL OF REST
The Fresh Oil of Rest revives what has gone down in your life.
It refreshes what has become weary.
It restores what has been damaged.
It brings back what has been lost.
It causes what was blocked to be unblocked.
It causes what was barren to become fruitful.
It causes what had gone down to rise again.
Today, I declare prophetically over your life:
May the Fresh Oil of Rest come upon you!
May every area of weariness receive refreshing!
May every dead situation receive revival!
May every broken area receive restoration!
May every closed door that God has ordained for you begin to open!
May every blockage give way!
May every barren area become fruitful!
May every delayed blessing begin to manifest!
May your cup overflow!
You shall not remain where you have been.
You shall not remain in dryness.
You shall not remain in stagnation.
You shall not remain under the weight of struggle.
The Fresh Oil of Rest is bringing you into a season of refreshing, revival, restoration, abundance, fruitfulness, and divine purpose!
What was blocked shall be unblocked.
What was barren shall become fruitful.
What went down shall rise again.
What was lost shall be restored.
And what has troubled you for a long time shall give way to the Rest of God!
Receive the Fresh Oil of Rest, and enter into your season of divine refreshing and overflowing blessings!
